Teacher Assistant: ($13.50-$28.31/hour)
If you have a high school diploma, GED, or college degree and a passion for children, join our team and become a teacher assistant for SECEP. We hire, train, and support growing professionals. Move into a rewarding career working with children in a public-school environment.
College Students: ($13.50-$14.50/hour)
We have unique training opportunities for college students, of all majors, that have an interest in working with children. Give us a minimum of 2 days/week, and we will provide a paid learning opportunity packed with training, support, and meaningful experiences.
Teacher Development Program: ($17.50/hour)
Do you have a four-year college degree and a calling to work with children with special or alternative needs? If so, please participate in our virtual Teacher Development Workshop (TDP), held monthly via Zoom: TDP Workshop Link. We will show you how to become a fully licensed teacher while getting paid and trained as an educational professional through an alternative path to licensure.

All Teacher Development Program virtual workshops begin at 5:00 and last approximately 30 minutes. They are held monthly via Zoom: TDP Workshop Link.
